RowFit Class Details
Sweeps & Sculls Rowing Partners with McHenry Count College, Crystal Lake Park District and Wauconda Park District to offer these fantastic classes!
Cost: $90
(for 6 sessions)
RowFit is offered in 6 weeks sessions or you can purchase a punch card if you prefer more flexibility.

2025 Sessions
Session 8 (No class the week of Nov 24-28. However, some Thanksgiving workouts will likely be offered.): Nov 3 – Dec 19
2026 Sessions
Session 1: Jan 5 – Feb 12
Session 2: Feb 16 – Mar 26
Session 3: March 30 – May 7
Session 4: May 11 – Jun 18
Session 5: Jun 22 – Aug 6
Session 6: Aug 13 – Sep 24
Session 7: Sep 28 – Nov 5
Session 8 (No class the week of Nov 21-25. However, some Thanksgiving workouts will likely be offered.): Nov 9 – Dec 17

Every Thursday at 7 pm, our Rowfit class is open to the public to come try rowing. If you are interested in giving it a try, register below and let us know in the message the Thursday you would like to attend. We look forward to welcoming you to our Indoor Rowing Center.
