As usual, things sneak up on us, but this past Saturday morning was our Sweeps & Sculls Friends & Family day. It was held at our boatyard and the team welcomed them all to help them understand their love of rowing.

With the 2022 Head of the Rock Regatta in the rear view mirror, we reflect on the awesomeness of this event. the weather was beautiful, our parents were a great support group and our rowers knocked it out of the water.
The first ever Wisco Chase was held this year and was baptized in the traditional CREW (Cold Rainy Every Weekend) weather all day with a high temperature of 58 degrees. SSR was ready for the challenging weather for the first head race regatta on the SSR calendar for 2023. The Wisco Chase is a 3k course on the Rock River in Jefferson, Wisconsin.
