Annual Summer Rowing Camp & Regionals & Regattas & Banquet

Sweeps & Sculls Junior and Developmental Rowing Team
The Sweeps & Sculls Junior and Developmental Rowing programs cover rowers from 6th grade to High School. These two programs provide a rowing experience targeted to help youth rowers learn to enjoy rowing and reach their individual potential. Our five coaches with a wide range of experience ensure that every rower receives the attention and guidance to help each rower become their very best. New rowers are welcome to explore Sweeps & Sculls at any time. If you would like to request more information or request a coach to contact you directly, please use our Contact form and we will be happy to follow up with you.
During the summer, our Learn to Row camps are a perfect way for youth to experience rowing for the first time and is a great way to see if rowing might be an activity they wish to explore further. 5th graders are welcome at our summer Learn to Row camps to get their first experience on the water rowing with Sweeps & Sculls Junior rowers. Leadership is doing what is right when no one is watching.
Eight hearts must beat as one in an eight oared shell or you don’t have a crew!
Sweeps & Sculls Master Program
The Sweeps & Sculls Masters Program is for new rowers and adults with past experience on the water. Masters rowers typically row together on Saturday's and Sunday's during the spring, summer and fall on the Fox River. In the winter we get together to train at our Indoor Rowing Center. If you are interested in picking up a new activity, rowing is great for the mind and the body.

Rowers do more before 8am than most people do all day.
